We typically respond to normal service calls between 8 to 24 business hours.

Emergency Service 

TeleCable Technicians are available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Our response time for emergency calls is 2 hours in our local area.

During regular business hours, our dispatcher will answer the call and get a technician to you home or Business. After business hours, our automated attendant will direct you to our emergency mailbox where you will leave your name, number and the nature of the problem.

Our system will contact the technician(s) on call and your call will be returned within 15 minutes.
